Bent Table Lamp in Ash

The curvilinear form of the bent table lamp is made up of 5 thin layers of solid wood bent into shape on a form and features brass accents. Resting on a base of walnut, the curved shape can be made from your choice of wood. A silky fiber shade on off-white paper adds an additional organic element, beautifully complementing the form of the lamp.

The unique curve shape is achieved by artist Geoff McKonly's mastery of bent lamination, wherein strips of wood are glued together piece by piece and finished with a varnish for protection and sheen.
