The 'V' Tapestry bowls and plates are a variation on Richard's signature Tapestry pieces. A striking chevron design creates a multi-directional pattern. Inspired by hand woven fabrics, pieces in the "Tapestry" series are composed of linear patterns of glass strands creating intricate fiber like textures. Patterned sheets made with glass threads are cut, layered, and kiln formed. The surface is cold worked to achieve a soft, semi-gloss finish which reduces glare and enhances the intricate pattern and rich colors. Color patterns will vary a bit from piece to piece due to the process of making each piece from scratch. Food safe, hand wash. Signed on bottom.
