Gingko Scarf/Shawl

Silk chiffon is adorned with a velvet pattern of ginkgo leaves in shimmering color. Devorè, sometimes referred to as burnout velvet, is made from solid velvet that is stenciled with a paste that removes some rayon pile and leaves the silk backing intact. Patterns are then hand painted, creating an iridescent array of tones. Rolled and sewn edges.
