Walk in the Woods

Inspired by a trip to Acadia National Park in Maine, this mixed-media fabric collage features a hiker walking through the peaceful woods along a gently flowing stream. The composition is first sketched onto the canvas with charcoal. Next, beautifully patterned fabrics are cut and glued onto the canvas, followed by an overlay of acrylic paints.
