Storybook Neckpiece

This one-of-a-kind necklace was designed, handcrafted, anodized, dyed, and sandblasted by the artist. The main body features a soft black base into which a detailed design was sandblasted, creating subtle color variations through the anodization. An onyx is set into a sterling silver oval and incorporated into the composition. A coiling aluminum wire, anodized and dyed in soft shades of pink, pale blue, and lavender, is attached across the top as a graceful flourish. The loops connecting the necklace to its bands echo the pink and pale blue tones. The main body of the necklace measures 7" long by 6" wide, and the piece is signed by the artist on the back.
