Evaluation

Mixed media painting collage on cradled wood panel. Various mediums—acrylics, ink, acrylic markers, pens, and acrylic spray paint—are applied to acetate and wet-media polyester film to create layers of depth and texture. These elements are cut and collaged onto the panel, then layered with resin, which is further painted and collaged upon and embellished with textured resin details. The piece is sealed with a final coat of acrylic varnish, resulting in a complex, multidimensional surface. Layers encapsulated in resin appear more unified, while those above remain textural. Added resin textures create a unique, 3D effect.

Fabric & Care

Due to nature of resin material, some air bubbles might be present in the finish and are an integral part of the piece. Avoid installing next to sources of intense or direct heat such as stoves, radiators, and return vents if the temperature is notably higher in those locations. Keep away from direct sunlight and UV light exposure. If switching to a location with a significant humidity level difference, some warping of a panel may occur.
