Cetacea, Northbound

Cetacea is a sculptural series devoted to whales, exploring their presence, migration, and quiet power. This whale sculpture captures a quiet moment of awareness, rising through open water with steady intention. Layered glass and hand-applied surface detail create depth across the body, allowing light to move through translucent passages and gather in denser tones beneath the surface. Each piece is sculpted, shaped and refined by hand, from the curvature of the tail to the subtle articulation of the fins and facial contours. Each stone base will vary, but will be complementary to the piece and support the glass sculpture.
