Making Strides

"Making Strides" is hand-built vessel made of stoneware clay, with a triangular shape and a gently curved bottom giving a sense of moving forward. Decorated using abstract monoprints in a harmonious blend of soft greens, warm orange and smoky gray ceramic oxides, a printing technique that insures each vase is unique. The inside is glazed with an ivory satin glaze, the outside is coated in a clear matt glaze.

The vase is topped off with a sturdy handtied rattan handle and is signed on the bottom.
