Love Birds

This is an original bronze sculpture designed for wall display, created via a lost wax method called ice casting. The work consists of many layers of metal to create depth, appearing as the heart is beating and pumping blood. Featuring a balance in both composition and negative space, it features a patina done with traditional flame techniques, and is hand polished for vivid contrast. Ready to hang.
