Goccia Vessels

The pieces in the artist's Goccia Collection are two-toned statement vessels that feature smoky, translucent hues and a speckled gold leaf seam at the shoulder. The color banding is achieved using a traditional Venetian glassblowing technique of joining two color fields into a single vessel. Each style captures its moment of creation in a voluminous form that is blown and shaped by hand. Each piece is unique; due to the nature of hand-blown glass, subtle variations in shape and size will occur.
