Jamaican Rain (and a Ladybug)

Inspired by watching the rain showers come and go through the palm fronds, this kiln-formed glass panel has variegated greens to give a sun/shadow effect. A combination of streaked glass, textured glass and the addition of some dichroic glass on the top creates the rainy feeling, and the "ladybug" is tucked away under a leaf. The piece is translucent with a beautiful silhouette view from the back. Stand base measures 17"x5"
