Chasing the Sunset

The artistic vision behind this abstract piece is of horses moving across an open prairie toward the setting sun. The textural pieces of iridized glass dance and sparkle their way across the sunset background; the glass rests lightly on a custom stand, allowing the air beneath their feet, while the curved base echoes the shadows of the magnificent animals moving over the ground, running so gracefully as to seem to move as one. Each piece is handmade; while the design is the same, some variations will occur.
